GENERAL | YLEISTÄ
All presented prices includes 25.5% VAT
When booking a short session, there will be 80 EUR booking fee. (non-refundable)
Wedding (and other longer) sessions have a booking fee (non-refundable) of 20% of the full price of the chosen package.
If you share the pictures on social media, please tag or mention @veramoi or @Vera Kota-aho
The photographer retains all copyrights, images may not be post-processed yourself and raw images are not delivered or shown to the customer.
The customer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the shooting and editing style of the photographer and accepts it as such.

Kuvaajalla säilyy kaikki tekijänoikeudet, kuvia ei saa jälkikäsitellä itse eikä raakakuvia toimiteta tai näytetä asiakkaalle.
Asiakas on velvollinen tutustumaan kuvaajan kuvaus- ja muokkaustyyliin ja hyväksyy sen sellaisenaan.
THE CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THE TERMS BELOW BY PAYING THE BOOKING FEE
ASIAKAS HYVÄKSYY ALLAOLEVAT EHDOT MAKSAMALLA VARAUSMAKSUN
IN ENGLISH
1.0 RESERVATIONS
1.1 BOOKING FEE
A non-refundable booking fee is charged when booking. This ensures the realization of the service for both of us. The reservation fee will be refunded from the total amount of the service. An invoice for the final amount will be sent after the photo shoot. The invoice must be paid before the product is delivered.
For example: The customer books a 60-minute photography service (€260), for which €80 is paid at the time of booking. After the shooting day, an invoice worth €180 will be sent to the customer. (Reservation fee €80 + €180 = €260). If the customer cancels the shoot, the photographer will withhold the booking fee of €80.
1.2 PAYMENTS AND INVOICING
Payment for products and services takes place through an invoice. The customer is obliged to pay for the purchased product in full if the service has been completed. The service is paid by invoice in two parts: at the time of booking, and after the delivery of the service (remaining sum). The invoice of the remaining sum will be sent on the next day from the service. The invoice needs to be paid before the pictures will be delivered.
Kilometer compensation after a travel of more than 15 km is €0.55/km
1.3 CANCELLATIONS
If the customer cancels the short session, the booking fee (80 €) will not be refunded. The day of the short session can be transferred one (1) time without loosing the booking fee. All shoots in milieu are subject to weather conditions and the shoot can be moved as often as necessary. If the customer does not arrive for the photo shoot at the agreed time, the photo shoot fee will not be refunded and a new time will be reserved for the same booking fee.
For wedding sessions, the reservation is only binding when the customer has paid the booking fee. If the wedding is cancelled, the booking fee will not be refunded. Booking fee can be refunded only due to cancellations from the photographer. Wedding session dates can not be changed.
If the photographer gets sick or is unable to do so, the shoot will be postponed, or if rescheduling is not possible (documentary wedding photography), the photographer will return the money paid in full. In wedding photography, the client understands that the photographer does not have a replacement for him in case of illness.
If the service proves impossible to perform due to an unforeseeable and force majeure obstacle beyond the control of either party, photographer has the right to cancel the shoot without being liable for compensation. Force majeure must be reported immediately.
1.4 OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
The customer is obligated to provide the photographer with the correct information. For example, for invoicing, up-to-date and correct contact information must be informed to the photographer. The photographer is not responsible for payment reminders or other damages caused by providing incorrect information.
2.0 DELIVERABLES AND THE RIGHTS TO THEM
2.1 DELIVERY TIME OF THE MATERIALS
The photographer undertakes to deliver the agreed digital materials:
In short sessions, such as photo shoots in milieu (30/60/90min) no later than six (6) business days, after the service is completed and the invoice is fully paid.
In wedding sessions, not later than three (3) weeks, after the service is completed and the invoice is fully paid.
The online gallery is available for one (1) month after the delivery date, and the materials should be downloaded within that time period.
2.2 STYLE OF THE DELIVERED MATERIALS
The customer has seen the photographer’s previous works (visible at www.verakotaaho.com / @veramoi), so the customer knows and trusts the photographer’s ability to photograph. The customer understands and accepts that the photographer’s shooting style may change over time and/or due to circumstances. The photographer does not guarantee that the delivered images are identical/similar in style of her previous images. The person being photographed understands that the final result of the photos is also affected by the person being photographed own investment and preparation.
2.3 AGREEABLE RIGHTS OF MATERIALS
The customer gets full usage rights for the products. The customer can make an unlimited number of photos, boards, etc. from the images and share the images on social media. When publishing photos, the photographer’s name is nice to be mentioned – yet not obligated. (Vera Kota-aho / @veramoi) The company has the rights to use the images as a reference on the website and social media as well as for commercial purposes. Children’s photos are agreed separately.
2.4 BACKUP OBLIGATION
The photographer’s backup copy obligation ends 1 month after the delivery of the product, and the photographer has no obligation to keep the customer’s products after that.
SUOMEKSI
1.0 VARAUKSET
1.1 VARAUSMAKSU
Varauksen yhteydessä veloitetaan varausmaksu, jota ei palauteta. Tällä varmistetaan palvelun toteutuminen meille molemmille. Varausmaksu hyvitetään hyvitetään palvelun kokonaissummasta. Lasku loppusummasta lähetetään kuvauksen jälkeen. Lasku tulee olla maksettuna ennen tuotteen toimitusta.
Esimerkiksi: Asiakas varaa 60 min valokuvauspalvelun (260€), josta maksetaan varaushetkellä 80€. Kuvauspäivän jälkeen asiakkaalle lähetetään 180€ arvoinen lasku. (Varausmaksu 80€ + 180€ = 260€). Mikäli asiakas peruisi kuvauksen, pidättäisi valokuvaaja varausmaksun 80€.)
1.2 MAKSUT JA LASKUTUS
Tuotteiden ja palvelujen maksaminen tapahtuu laskun kautta. Asiakas on velvollinen maksamaan ostamansa tuotteen kokonaan, mikäli palvelu on suoritettu. Palvelu maksetaan laskulla kahdessa osassa: varaushetkellä varausmaksu sekä palvelun toimittamisen jälkeen, ennen kuvien toimittamista.
Kilometrikorvaus yli 15km matkan jälkeen 0,55€/km
1.3 PERUUTUKSET
Mikäli asiakas peruu lyhyen kuvaussession, varausmaksua (80 €) ei palauteta. Lyhyen kuvaussession päivää voidaan siirtää yhden (1) kerran ilman varausmaksun menettämistä. Kaikki miljöökuvaukset toteutetaan säävarauksella, ja kuvausta voidaan siirtää tarpeen mukaan. Jos asiakas ei saavu sovittuun kuvausaikaan, varausmaksua ei palauteta, ja uusi aika varataan uudella varausmaksulla.
Hääkuvauksissa varaus on sitova vasta, kun asiakas on maksanut varausmaksun. Jos häät peruuntuvat, varausmaksua ei palauteta. Varausmaksu voidaan palauttaa vain, jos peruutus johtuu valokuvaajasta. Hääkuvauspäivämääriä ei voi muuttaa.
Jos valokuvaaja sairastuu tai on estynyt, kuvaus siirretään, tai jos uudelleen aikataulutus ei ole mahdollista (dokumentaarinen hääkuvaus), valokuvaaja palauttaa maksetut rahat kokonaisuudessaan. Hääkuvauksissa asiakas ymmärtää, että valokuvaajalla ei ole sijaisuutta sairastapauksissa.
Jos palvelun suorittaminen osoittautuu mahdottomaksi ennakoimattoman ja ylivoimaisen esteen vuoksi, joka ei ole kummankaan osapuolen hallittavissa, valokuvaajalla on oikeus perua kuvaus ilman korvausvelvollisuutta. Ylivoimaisesta esteestä on ilmoitettava välittömästi.
1.4 ASIAKKAAN VASTUUT
Asiakas on velvollinen antamaan valokuvaajalle oikeat tiedot. Esimerkiksi laskutusta varten tulee ilmoittaa ajantasaiset ja oikeat yhteystiedot valokuvaajalle. Valokuvaaja ei ole vastuussa maksuhuomautuksista tai muista vahingoista, jotka johtuvat virheellisten tietojen antamisesta.
2.0 MATERIAALIT JA TOIMITUS
2.1 MATERIAALIEN TOIMITUSAIKA
Valokuvaaja sitoutuu toimittamaan sovitut digitaaliset materiaalit:
Lyhyissä sessioissa, kuten miljöökuvauksissa (30/60/90 min), viimeistään kuuden (6) arkipäivän kuluessa siitä, kun palvelu on suoritettu ja lasku maksettu kokonaisuudessaan.
Hääkuvauksissa viimeistään kolmen (3) viikon kuluessa siitä, kun palvelu on suoritettu ja lasku maksettu kokonaisuudessaan.
Onlinegalleria on saatavilla yhden (1) kuukauden ajan toimituspäivästä, ja materiaalit tulee ladata tämän ajanjakson aikana
2.2 TOIMITETTAVIEN MATERIAALIEN TYYLI
Asiakas on nähnyt kuvaajan aiempia töitä (näkyvillä www.verakotaaho.com / @veramoi) , joten asiakas tietää sekä luottaa kuvaajan taitoon kuvata. Asiakas ymmärtää ja hyväksyy sen, että kuvaajan kuvaustyyli voi muuttua ajan myötä ja/tai olosuhteiden takia. Kuvaaja ei takaa, että toimitettavat kuvat ovat tyyliltään identtisiä/samanlaisia kuin hänen aikaisemmat kuvansa. Kuvattava ymmärtää, että kuvien lopputulokseen vaikuttaa myös kuvattavan oma panostus ja valmistautuminen. Kuvaaja päättää kuvien taiteellisen tyylin vallitsevien olosuhteiden ja oman harkintansa mukaisesti.
2.3 SOVITTAVAT OIKEUDET MATERIAALEIHIN LIITTYEN
Asiakas saa kuvilleen täydet käyttöoikeudet. Asiakas voi teettää kuvista rajattomasti valokuvia, tauluja yms. sekä jakaa kuvia sosiaalisessa mediassa. Toiveena on kuvien julkaisemisen yhteydessä kuvaajan nimen mainitseminen – tämä ei ole kuitenkaan velvoitettua. (Vera Kota-aho / @veramoi) Yrityksellä on oikeudet käyttää kuvia referenssinä kotisivuilla ja sosiaalisessa mediassa sekä kaupallisessa tarkoituksessa. Lapsikuvista sovitaan aina erikseen.
2.4 VARMUUSKOPIOINTIVELVOILLUUS
Kuvaajan varmuuskopiointivelvollisuus päättyy 1 kk tuotteen toimittamisen jälkeen, eikä kuvaajalla ole sen jälkeen velvollisuutta säilyttää asiakkaan tuotteita.
